The Owatonna facility was acquired by Lakeside Foods in June of 2003. Located in Southeastern Minnesota, Owatonna is a city built on industry. Canning fresh vegetables has been a heritage for 100+ years in this community. Owatonna is Lakeside's largest corn processing plant, and uses some of the latest technologies that are available to the industry. Dry Beans help to keep some of our work force employed year-round. We also have a shipping and labeling crew that have the ability to label all of our products from this one location. Notably, Owatonna is located in a primary area for diverse shipping opportunities.
